Two siblings: raised with the same education, the same growth path, and the same freedom to choose. Two extremely different personalities: Vincenza, eclectic, studious, and meticulous, with significant work experiences gained during her time in the city; Agostino, a man of another era, devoted to work and knowledgeable about everything nature has to offer.
Two opposite poles, yet sharing the same passion: the land, its fruits, and the freedom to admire the result of hard work captured inside a bottle. Because this is the force that unites us: to accompany nature, already perfect in itself, to savor its nectar.
We cultivate our vineyards and olive groves in Monte di Cassano (CS),situated 600 m above sea level, a large terrace overlooking the wide plain of Sibari surrounded by the Pollino mountains. The red soil, rich in iron and magnesium, and the special microclimate influenced by the sea breezes that rise from the Ionian Sea and by the proximity of Mount Pollino, allow us to grow our products in the name of tradition, according to the dictates of organic farming.

We aim to produce wines that are an expression of the territory and traditions, enhancing native grape varieties while fully respecting the environment.
We operate under organic farming principles, convinced that the best ingredients in wine are the grapes, the terroir, and the authenticity of the producer. In the vineyard, copper and sulfur are used cautiously, along with cover crops, to preserve soil fertility. In the cellar, alcoholic fermentation occurs naturally, without the use of selected yeasts.
Besides the white grape varieties (Pecorello and Mantonico), the uniqueness of the territory has allowed us to highlight the characteristics of a grape variety that for centuries has found its home here: the so-called Lacrima di Cassano. Of very ancient origins, it went through a period of neglect due to its late ripening both on the vine and in the barrel, favored instead by faster-to-use grape varieties.

Our passion for agriculture, the land, and respect for the environment is also reflected in our olive groves: 1,500 trees, located between the municipalities of Cassano allo Ionio and Civita, cultivated and cared for according to the strict rules of organic farming.
Five different olive varieties — Roggianella, Leccino, Coratina, Nocellara, and Carolea — are harvested at the perfect stage of ripeness and pressed strictly within 24 hours according to the finest tradition, producing for years an organic extra virgin olive oil with an intense green color and golden highlights, renowned for its excellent organoleptic properties.
CERVINAGO Rosso, Calabria IGP, with a completely renewed design, recalls the lettering and atmospheres of 1930s film noir.
