Guglielmo Gigliotti included our CERVINAGO ROSATO 2021 among the top tastings at the Pollino Enoico event, held at Catasta Pollino on November 28th, 29th, and 30th.
“We chose a 100% Lacrima di Cassano rosé among our selections at the Festival. Cherry-pink in color, with notes of strawberry, raspberry juice, and dog rose. The palate is light and agile, with a well-balanced and highly enjoyable body, and a slight tannic grip. 13.5% – Vintage 2021.”
