The Cervinago farm has always adopted the principles of organic farming. Since 2021, we obtained the Certified and Recognized Organic Label to certify our commitment to the environment and organic products. “For us, being an organic company has never been a choice, because there could be no other way”. The farm, in fact, embodies the principle of “work with the land and for the land”, savouring its nectar, respecting its long, unpredictable and sometimes uncontrollable times. Being organic must not be reduced to being “just a label”, but a cardinal principle that moves and accompanies the production cycle of each product, to reflect its authentic and natural taste.
