Training system: Single-bud spur-pruned cordon.


Harvest: Manual. Second ten days of October.


Vinification: Cold maceration for approx. 24 hours.
Fermentation with indigenous yeasts at controlled temperature.


Aging: 6 months in stainless steel and 2 months in bottle.


Tasting notes: Intense pink color. Fruity notes, persistent flavor. Fresh and well-balanced.


Pairings: Ideal for aperitifs, fish-based dishes, light roasts.


Serving temperature: 8°–10°C
